The September Fitness Test routine by JefitTeam is a 1 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This fitness challenge is a one day test that you can do periodically to test how your overall fitness is improving. The idea is to perform the first 4 exercises as a warm-up by doing 1 set of 8 repetitions of each. Once this is done, you will perform as many repetitions in 40-seconds for the following 5 exercises: 1. Prisoner Squats 2. Inverted Row 3. Deep Push-Up 4. Seated Leg Tuck 5. Hanging Leg Raise Record the number of repetitions for each of these 5 exercises. You will have a one-minute rest between sets.
