This program is a 3 day, beginner, dumbbell plan designed to build overall strength via three weekly, full body sessions. Rest 24-hours between each workout during the week. All exercises are performed with dumbbells. All three workout should take you between 35-45 minutes per session with the legs being the longest workout.
