The Ankle Rehab 45 routine by sewardje2 is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Low weight/high reps on machine. Gained a lot of weight during the 2.5 months of restriction to bed...the upper body is simply to start using some muscles again. Once the ankle can bear a load, lower body will be added.
