The xxwolf1204xx's Full-Body Calisthenic Workout routine by xxwolf1204xx is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
My simple routine. This is a one day on one day off routine, but you can add rest days if needed. Reps can be 12 or as many as possible. This is what I found to hit the whole body in one workout, as quickly and efficiently as possible.
