The 5x5 Strength for Legs routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
This is an intermediate strength training plan that focuses on the legs using a 5x5 training format. This means you perform each exercise using 5 sets of 5 repetitions. The goal is to warm-up, perform a few lights sets and then use a challenging weight that allows you to perform only 5 repetitions per set. Each training session should take about 45-50 minutes to complete. Rollout using a foam roller focusing on the glutes and legs for five minutes before/after each session.
