The 3-Days of Interval Supersets routine by JefitTeam is a 3 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This is a full body, intermediate, interval session. Each session will use 30-seconds of work followed by 30-seconds of rest training format. This is repeated for 3 sets - all supersets.
