The HIT (high intensity training) one set routine routine by jazpit is a 1 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
High intensity training. Complete one set of each exercise. Lifting phase over 2-3 seconds. Lowering phase 6 seconds plus. Aim to reach total muscle failure between rep 8-10. Move onto next exercise. Wait 4-7 days before retraining and only train once muscles are full recovered.
