The Maximal Leg Strength routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This program is designed to be performed twice weekly in between your upper body sessions. In terms of recovery, take 2-3 days off between leg workouts.
