So it is kind of a big book and good luck reading it cover to cover, but one book that has lots of great tips and tricks, is the book called The Encyclopedia to Modern Bodybuilding, by non other than Arnold Schwarzenegger.

"Brawn: Bodybuilding for the Drug-free and Genetically Typical" by Stuart McRobert is the only book you need to read. 😁 And, forget about Arnold's books - I love him, but most of his methods works only for steroid men.

Not directly related to working out for sure wellness/longevity related “Why we sleep” is a fascinating read that will stick with you long after you’ve finished it.

Two books that I first listened to during 2020-2021 were Atomic Habits by James Clear and The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. Both of these motivated me and inspired me to really look at the world around me a little differently and through different perspectives. Atomic Habits was more of a self help motivation type while The Alchemist was more of a spiritual and emotional take on how life can be lived. Not sure if you’ve read or listened to these two, but they’re my go to whenever I need a bit of motivation. Any that you suggest?
