Has anyone else tried to use AI to create a workout?

StaneC Sure did. But right prompts are a must.

surrat I researched all the muscles. And ask AI to hit all muscle in two days. And add power, mobility/stretching, hypertrophy, strength, endurance and flexibility. Set and reps and then added super sets. And number of other requirements.

For me, it’s definitely adjustment and some new exercises. But I am on week 5 now.

mikemosc15 Yes the split I’m on now is! I said what my goals are, how much time I have and what equipment I have available. It came up with a whole routine. Then I just swapped a few exercises that I wasn’t a fan of for ones I like better.

WizeDownUnder Half the fun is preparing and refining a routine myself...

Carphill007 These days I design my own and then get GPT to critique it against my goals.

TheBusyDad yes, my last workout set I used AI to create a dumbbell PPL workout. It did a good job and I was able to get it to refine some of the ones I didn't like. The main thing is just keep asking it until you are happy.

Superman_in_the_making I haven’t used it to specifically give me workouts but I have used it to give me recommendations on whether a workout is good for the muscle I am trying to target.

pah68 Yep, not for me but for someone else.
I did edit it afterwards but what it gave me after I provided lots of detail about who, how, and the type of training, was pretty good.
