In order to become a Navy SEAL participants must pass through BUD’s (stages 1,2 and 3). In order to qualify for BUD’s and receive a SEAL contract civilians must pass the PST Test. This consists of the following....

500 Yard Swim - 12:30 - 8 (minutes)
10 Minute Rest
Push Ups - 50 - 80 to 100 (2 minutes max)
2 Minutes Rest
Sit Ups - 50 - 80 to 100 (2 minutes max)
2 Minutes Rest
Pull Ups - 10 - 15 to 20 (can’t touch ground)
10 Minute Rest
1.5 Mile Run - 10:30 - 9 to 10 minutes
Notes:
Run MUST be in boots and pants
Can NOT touch ground
500 yards = 460 meters (approximately)
Swim must be Breast Stroke or Swimmers Combat Stroke
