The Barbell Legs & Arms routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Perform this 2-day, intermediate program in between your upper body strength training sessions. The two workout focuses on the legs and arms (biceps/forearms) using exclusively barbell exercises. There is one session where the weight should be lighter using more repetitions while day 2 offers a higher volume session. Train the rest of the upper body in between these sessions.
