The Greek God Olympian 4X routine by Adharris0727 is a 4 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
OLYMPIAN 4X. Days: Mon Chest/Shoulders, Wed Back/Core, Fri Legs, Sun Arms/Core. Warm-up 2–3 sets ? then working sets at 1–2 RIR. Tempo: presses 2-0-1, pulls 2-1-2, raises/curls 1-0-2, calves 1-1-2. Rest 90s (compounds), 60–75s (accessories). Progression: Hit top reps on Set 1 with 1–2 RIR ? increase NEXT session (DB +5/hand; machines next plate). If you miss the bottom of the range, drop 5–10% for remaining sets today. Wave: every other week do 1–2 heavy sets (6–8) on the first press and first row, same RIR. Tendon primer on Day 1 & 3: tibialis 2x15 @3-1-1, calf ecc 2x12 @1-1-3, Spanish-squat iso 2x30–45s. Deload: every 4th week (~50% sets, 3–4 RIR, easy cardio only).
