The Improve Core Strength routine by JefitTeam is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a beginner core plan to help you build deep core strength, A strong core, in turn, will help everyone of your lifts in the gym. Your core is made up of more than 29 muscle like your abs yes, but also your hips, glutes and deep back extensors to name a few. The plan can be performed using repetitions for each set or even held for a specific amount of time (i.e. 30-seconds per set). Each week, depending on how you feel, look to increase each set by a few repetitions or add 5-seconds to each set in terms of hold time. Each session build off the previous session, meaning, the Wed and Fri workouts are more challenging than Mon. Note: The plan is designed as one big superset, meaning, you'll transition from the first exercise to the fourth with minimal rest and then cycle back through each exercise for another set.
