The Dumbbell Stronglifts 5x5 routine by jsksjs is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
5x5 stronglifts using dumbbells in lieu of a bar. 90 second rest if easy, 3 minute rest if hard, 5 minute rest on failure. Increase lifted weight by 5 lbs after each successful session (per exercise)
