The Beginner Total Body Workout (AbadFitness.com) routine by libertyfx3 is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a workout for AbadFitness clients who have signed up for an Herbalife program. We will use this workout or a variation for the first months in order to pack on some muscle and improve your metabolism. Do this workout every other day. It is important that you rest one day in between. You can do cardio in these rest days if you desire so. Try to sleep 8 hours a day for proper recovery.
