The barbell deadlift is a classic bodybuilding exercise meant for putting on mass and building strength overall throughout the entire body. Steps : 1.) Start off standing in front of a barbell with your feet shoulder-width apart. 2.) Pick up the barbell while keeping your arms extended straight down. 3.) Stand up straight with the barbell in your hands, and refrain from moving your arms. 4.) Bend back down at the knees with barbell. 5.) Repeat for the desired amount of reps.
