The SaiLenFatt's Modified Greyskull Routine routine by sailenfatt is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
My version of Greyskull with arm work thrown in :) Last sets are all As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP), stopping before failure. If final AMRAP is 10+ reps, double weight progression. Normal Progression: 1.25kg for Upper Body, 2.5kg for Lower Body If failure to make 5 reps on final set, deload by 10%.
