The Bicep & Core Superset routine by JefitTeam is a 1 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
When you’re looking for a workout session that will really overload both your biceps and core, try this session. There are 8 exercises grouped together as supersets. Each offering either 2-3 sets per body part. Each superset begins with one of four bicep exercises coupled with a core exercise. The workout will stress both arms and core from various angles.
