The 5x6 Legs & Core routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a leg and core strength training program designed to be performed twice weekly. Each session offers a series of 2-3 leg exercises followed by core exercises. Day 1: Legs & Core focus. All leg exercises are to be perform for 5x6. While core exercises is a three way superset which is performed with minimal rest between each set (for time) x 2 sets. Day 2: Legs & Core focused.
