The V Shred Fat Loss Extreme Program routine by molden is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
Warmup: Start each workout with a 5 minute moderate cardio exercise. (Bike, Treadmill, etc.) Rest: In between each superset or circuit, you will rest for 60 seconds. This means you will perform all exercises in that superset or circuit, back to back, followed by a rest.
