The Strong Core Workout (2-Day Plan) routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This is a 2-day core routine designed to be done in between your strength training sessions. Each workout session will take about 30-minutes to complete.
