The Texas Method routine by shortsman is a 3 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
Mondays: 90% 5rm, 5x5 for squats and presses, 1x5 for deadlifts. Wednesdays: 80% of mondays 2x5 for squats, 3x5 for presses, with bench lighter than standing. Fridays: Slow warmup to new 5rm for squats and press, 5x3 cleans or 6x2 snatch
