The Fierce 5 Slightly Modified routine by kjbrowntwo is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
Maintain muscle during cut so that I can focus on zone 2 training and increase VO2 Max without muscle Loss or Exhaustion. Also so that my manager Bobby Whitus will buy me a Zip Level because he is a good sport and pays up when he loses the bet, since I will have a six pack before him. As per the bet the last person with a six pack has to by a Zip Level Pro for the other person.
