The Exercise Band Superset Routine routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Following a brief warm-up you’ll move through a series of exercises using resistance bands. Each exercise is paired with a second exercise and performed as a superset. There is minimal rest between each exercise when doing supersets. You have 3 sets of each. Progress to using a band that allows you to just finish in each 30-second interval set. Day 1: The session begins with a few warm-up exercises. This is followed by a series of (four) supersets which use nothing but an exercise band. Instead of performing repetitions - you will complete each of the three sets using a prescribed time. The idea is to complete as many repetitions in the time period. Day 2: Repeat the same exercise flow for this session but the interval time is longer to make the session a bit more challenging. Each workout should take about 30-35 minutes to complete.
