The Reddit Basic Beginner routine by yptvm is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Alternate between workout A and B. Last set is AMRA (As many reps as possible) 120-180s rest between sets. Add 1.25 kg to upper body lifts each day - 2.5kg if last set is greater than 10. Add 2.5 kg to lower body lifts each day - 5kg if last set is greater than 10. If fail to do at least 15 reps, deload 10% next day.
