Hi here is my current plan to reduce body fat and get a better shape. For me it works very well. I am doing this routine for two weeks like a mini cut reducing carbs and concentrate on more proteins. 5 to 6 times per week. Weights are moderate - always taking care for a higher pulse during the work out. Feel free to feedback :)
