The Strong Lower Body routine by lucasgfch is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
This is a 2-day leg program that is ideally suited to pair with the previously published Strong Upper Body routine, also for Elite. You also have the option to just follow the plan for your own leg only days whenever that should be. Have fun! You can also use these two sessions to work around your current upper body program. Each of the two days offers five different leg (and a core) exercises, Total number of sets equal 16-17 depending on the day and will surely overload your leg muscles. Stay Strong!
