The Full Body Garage Gym Routine routine by MichaelWood is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a great home gym strength program for beginner and intermediate individuals. There are three days of training for 6-8 weeks or depending what your needs are. This is a general strength & conditioning plan that should be followed up with more of a bulking program. Each session is 45-75 minutes long and offers 6-8 exercises, 3-4 sets per exercise.
