The 5x5 Kettlebell Strength Training Plan routine by JefitTeam is a 3 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
In this 3-day kettlebell strength training program, you need to perform three weekly sessions using different intensities. Each training session will also be slightly more challenging in terms of overall volume (sets x repetitions). Each subsequent session will have you perform one additional exercise.
