This is an intermediate medicine ball workout. The session start with three easy warm-up drill to help prepare the body for this great core routine. If you're new to med ball training - use a lighter med ball - the first few times you try this routine. More experienced gym goers can take up the intensity by increasing the size/weight of the med ball. You will perform 5 ab exercises for 1-2 sets (a total of 8).
