The 5x5 Advanced PPL routine by chazhack81 is a 5 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
This is a 3-day advanced, barbell strength training plan using a 5x5 set/rep scheme. Follow this plan 3 times a week for 4-8 weeks before transitioning to your next strength training program. Each workout session will consist of 5-6 exercises performing 25-30 total sets. Each session is designed with plenty of rest between sets while all workouts should be completed in about 60-minutes.
