The Murph Time Test routine by Skelle is a 1 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
(Murph - 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run) Do this in as many sets as needed, always do 1 mile at the beginning and end, never during. Record your time to compare your athletic performance.
