The Full Body 5x5 Dumbbell Program routine by JefitTeam is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
This is a bulking routine using only dumbbells for beginner level users. All sets will follow a 5x5 format, meaning, you'll complete 5 sets of 5 reps. using the heaviest weight you can handle. The weight should be at least 80 percent of your 1-RM. Make sure you are properly warm-up your body prior to lifting. Each training sessions offers 5 exercises and 25 total sets.. Each training workout should take about 65-minutes to complete, depending on training experience. We suggest a light round of cardio, or a dynamic warm-up and a quick roll-out using a foam roller before starting each of the three training sessions. Follow this strength training routing for the next 4-6 weeks. Make sure you increase the weight on any exercise once you can manage more than 5 repetitions.
