The King Leonidas 5x5 routine by Alxsalomon is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
A 5 X 5 to build the body of a Spartan warrior. All lifts have to be around 70%-80% of the 1RM. Weight should be increased on a weekly basis, if possible. This workout should be accompanied with an extra day of full body workout. In addition, do cardio days a couple of times a week, but make sure you rest for at least 2 days a week.
