The push/pull/leg routine - split/full body workout routine by Bobo9000 is a 4 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
routine with focus on full body strength. workouts can be combined on one day f.e. push pull together or all four of them on one day if you like. additional biceps/ triceps isolation and core exercises are recommanded for the extra gains, especially if you use the routine as a split. have fun and be save clean sets, no bullshit ;)
