The Dumbbell 5x5: Full Body routine by JefitTeam is a 3 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
This 5x5 strength program is for intermediate level gym-goers. The plan requires the use of dumbbells only. There are three full body session to be completed each week for 4-6 weeks.
