The BooDaBoo workout plan routine by Coach Wiggins is a 1 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
A 30-minute beginner circuit to build a rounder butt, perkier chest, and toned core. Includes glute bridges, squats, kickbacks, push-ups, planks, flutter kicks, and chest squeezes. Perform 2–3 rounds with controlled movements and short rests for shaping and toning without equipment. 4 times a week. Progression to weights.
