The Steve's Upper Lower split routine by steve105 is a 4 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Upper Lower split with exercices I like to do so it does not feel like a chore. I used exercices recommended as some of the best for their body part by some fitness youtubers like Jeff Nippard or Jeremy Ethier. This program hits most of the body and abs work is included.
