The Base Building routine by firstdivision is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve sport fitness goals.
Do workouts Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Alternate A and B. If Monday you start A then Wednesday is B and Friday is A. The following week you start Monday B, Wednesday is A, and Friday B.
