The Fasted/Compound Workout routine by rawmomma is a 5 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This routine has been designed to cut body fat and while building muscle using dumbbells and body weight and working out at home. Mon/Wed/Friday: 10 min light cardio/yoga warm up 4 sets of 10-12 reps each move Dumbbell clean and press bent over rows upright rows Alternating Hammer curls Side Lunges Bulgarian split squats Tuesday/Thursday: 3-6 miles low intensity cardio AB workout of your choice 1/2 gal water every nite 8-9 hours sleep every nite Sat & Sun rest days
