The Arms & Core Day routine by JefitTeam is a 1 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This routine is a single session that focuses exclusively on working arms & core. The workout should take you about 30-minutes to finish. The idea is to repeat this session two to three times a week for 4-6 weeks. Check out the the other single session workouts that are similar in design to this session.
