The German Volume Traning 10x10 routine by Kazlyn is a 5 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
This routine is my variation of German Volume Training/George Turner and a touch of rest pause, the last 2 exercises on each day is optional but should be performed if you feel you are able to complete them. "The goal of the German Volume Training method is to complete ten sets of ten reps with the same weight for each exercise. You want to begin with a weight you could lift for 20 reps to failure if you had to. For most people, on most exercises, that would represent 60% of their 1RM load. Therefore, if you can bench press 300 pounds for 1 rep, you would use 180 pounds for this exercise." This routine has no fixed days, it's performed in a numerical manner, 2 days on 1 off 1 on and 1 off. Meaning that in 10 days you will have performed it two times, extra off days can be inserted whenever you feel like it if you are sore or in other ways don't feel like you should work out. You could change the leg exercises to using both legs for leg press and curls, my last body composition scan showed I had more muscle mass in my right hence why I switched out a lot of the exercises to be one legged. Also either do leg press or squats on leg day, doing 10 sets of both is not intended.
