The Alexis is getting toned! woot woot routine by marley_fitstoner is a 6 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
The two most important rules are: 1-form. Form is the position of your feet, how wide apart etc, and the actual motion of the exercise. Your focus sgould be on doing this right, not on the amount of weight. 2-failure. Work out untill you hit failure and can do no ore. This is how you burn fat and build muscle effectively.
