The Strong Core (Series 4) routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This Core Series program, the fourth such program developed by Jefit coaches, offers two workout sessions. Each session targets all the major muscles groups that make up your core. We're talking abs, hips, glutes and low back. Day 1: includes 5 core exercises - 3 sets each/15 total sets - with a session time of 33-minutes to complete.
