The Jefit Core Focus routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This core focused program was designed with the six most popular Jefit ab exercises. The six exercises are currently the most popular ab exercises in the Jefit 1400 exercise database. Day 1: is a traditional core focused exercise routine. The routine offers 6 exercises with about 150 total repetitions.
