The Sculpted Abs! routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This is a fun, efficient, 2-day core routine to help you get those much sought after sculpted abs! There are two training sessions that you should do between your strength workouts on the off day. Each session should about 25-minutes. There are four core exercises in each session. At the end of each session their is a "metabolic ab finisher" where you do back-to-back sets of two movements, without rest, designed to overload your core at the end of each workout. Session 1: Complete 6 core exercises. Two sets each and then finish with your ab circuit. Workout time is about 25-minutes.
