The Phase 4 Bulking (hypertrophy) routine by OmarCuacuas is a 4 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
This fourth phase is back to hypertrophy but this time around we’ll be increasing the load to 80% and changing the workout split.
