The LeanGains Low Volume Cut Routine routine by crisanderson27 is a 3 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
Most recent protocol for leangains training in a cut. This is not a typical RPT format. This is a 1st set warmup, second set working max for the rep range, third set working max for the rep range. I.e...it should be substantially harder for you to bench 330lbs x6 on your second set, then do 330lbs x6 on your third set. Treat them as independent working sets, and keep the reps inside the rep range for the lift.
