The Cutting 101 Reddit routine by thomasatnip is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
Warm-up as needed. 2x6-8 (2x3-5 on DL); 2nd set is -10% for +1rep of first set --> Ex: if you benched 2x7 for 150lbs, take off 15lbs (10%) and get 8 reps Progress +5lbs as you hit 2x8,9 Keep the intensity (weight of the exercise) the same, and cut volume (reps and sets). Add cardio if you feel like it, but don't overdo it.
